FRANKINSCENSE INFUSED ICE CREAM IN THE RAW

INGREDIENTS
- 2 drops Young Living’s Boswellia Sacra (Sacred Frankincense)
- 2 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups Medjool dates (pitted)
DIRECTIONS
1.) In a blender, blend the almond milk, Medjool dates and Frankincense until smooth.
2.) Chill the mixture in the freezer for 30-60 minutes–you want it to be cold but not solidified–or in the fridge for at least one hour.
3.) Pour into an ice cream maker and follow its instructions.
4.) Garnish with chopped raw almonds and enjoy!
Chef's Note:
If you happen to have fresh Thai coconut meat on hand, you might also like raw coconut vanilla ice cream. Simply blend the coconut water and coconut meat to create a creamy milk.
