CONVENTION WAS AWESOME!!
"Will you be at Young Living's Convention next year??"
Some of you may not be aware I have attended Young Living's Grand Convention nearly every year for 16 years. My focus is now different than it was in the early years. For me, while at Convention there is no "down time" because my level of appreciation of the richness of this event and because of my passionate desire to take advantage of every rare, precious moment available. Here is a partial list of cherished moments for me:
- –The emotional "Parade of Flags" opening ceremony of individuals who represent Young Living in many parts of the world (we are in over 100 countries)
- Gary (Dr. Young) is always FUN, BRILLIANT and INSPIRING!
- We have farms in 9 different countries
- The science as well as clinical and life applications of our essential oils and oil-infused products from esteemed doctors and researchers
- Being inspired by highly regarded keynote speakers such as Darren Hardy (publisher of "Success" magazine) and the very well known, Dr. Wayne Dyer
- Walking across the stage for achieving the next level of leadership and being presented with a lovely "oil drop" plaque and beautiful flowers
- Enjoying the free-flowing NinXia Red at receptions and dinners and at the NingXia Red bar in the Product Expo where we could buy $2 shots of NingXia Red with our choice of flavorings of oils from fun recipes (which kept my energy strong with lack of sleep and a very fast-paced schedule.)
- The report of the difference we are making in Ecuador through our contributions to the D. Gary Young Foundation, for children who would not be afforded the opportunity for a good education
- The Product Expo where we were able to sample and learn SO much about our products, including the FABULOUS-tasting NEW Slique Bar (includes the highly nutritious, unique Baru nut from Brazil and our powerful NingXia wolfberries)
- The VERY exciting NEW NingXia Nitro Cognitive Fitness product (too many amazing benefits to go into here)
- Quality conversations with many Corporate staff members from hourly staff to salaried executives (This is one of my favorite activities because I learn valuable inside information I can bring back to you, as well as make suggestions for where I could see improvements)
- Joyous embraces and reconnecting with long-time Young Living friends
- A group dinner with several members of my beloved organization (of my "YL family")
- A moment of warm embraces with Gary and Mary in the Business Expo, and a brief chat with Mary
- And the FARM is an experience you will never forget!!

Hello, everyone! Greetings from gorgeous Utah where the weather for the YL convention has been right out of the dictionary's definition of "perfect"! This morning (Sat) Whit and I are headed south to the YL farm here in Mona for a day of fun and food and more packing our brains with info!
Can't wait to share new product information with everyone who didn't have an opportunity to join us here. From new toothpaste that is so good you'll wonder if you really can't use it for dessert to the new NingXia Nitro way to increase "cognitive alertness, enhance mental fitness and support overall performance", Gary and his team have once again provided us with products for renewed life!
If you're in the Indy area, join me on Monday evening in Carmel where we'll experience all of the new oils including the newly reformatted Believe. Guaranteed, you'll enjoy this time of emotional renewal!
