A Time For Change – The Best Career In The World

I have been completely blessed with the most BEAUTIFUL form of free enterprise – A HOME-BASED BUSINESS. In my business I get to help people overcome pain, regain their health, and create happier more youthful lives for themselves.
Through my efforts and the efforts of hundreds of amazing people I'm connected with, my clients receive education for improving their physical, emotional, and spiritual health through the use of extraordinary therapeutic essential oil based products.
In addition, I can help people who share these products with others lessen and/or eliminate their stresses about jobs, money, and debt!
I have the BEST career in the WORLD!!
What do I mean I have the BEST career in the world?
I mean many things.
When I was first building my business, I didn't know what I was doing. I had no prior business experience, and I was frustrated with the results I was getting. I was initially building my business alongside other work. Because I didn't know what I was doing in my home-based business, I got to a point of frustration where I made a decision to step away from it.
I COMPLETELY stopped working my business for a year and a half. Although I had had some success, I had not yet found the mentors and training I required to build it to the level I desired. Although it was not yet enough to live on, I was receiving a monthly check that supplemented my income.
When I left my home-based business I expected my monthly check to go away. However, a year and a half later I was STUNNED to discover not only had my monthly check NOT gone away, but it had decreased by less than 10%!! I had in essence, gone on VACATION for a year and a half and got a paycheck EVERY month I was gone!!
This is when the LIGHT BULB finally went on, and I realized if I got the appropriate training and learned new skills, I could double and triple my income (and beyond) and do work I love that makes a difference in people's lives!! And I have DONE exactly that and I am continuing to go beyond and beyond…
In addition to the FREEDOM to create as much income as I desire, I have a life with time freedom that looks very different than it does for many other people. You see, my life does not revolve around my boss' schedule or the rules of Corporate America.
If I choose to travel 600 miles from Atlanta to Indianapolis in the middle of the week on the date I choose, to make sure I have arrived in plenty of time to be present when my first grand baby is born, I have the FREEDOM to do that. If I choose to stay in Indianapolis for 3 weeks to allow plenty of time to be with my new grand baby, I CAN. There is no one I must request vacation time from, there is no time clock I am punching, there are no hours I am trading for someone else's dollars, and I am still paid for that entire 3 weeks I am gone from home!
And guess what? If I have more time freedom in my life, I have more time available for learning skills to improve my relationships and enjoy my relationships more and more!
In addition to the personal benefits I enjoy of money freedom, time freedom, freedom from reporting to a stressed or difficult boss or bosses, freedom from working with stressed co-workers, freedom from doing work that feels meaningless, I am ecstatically helping people get out of pain, regain their health and their energy, and stay young and vibrant! This is the FREEDOM I choose!
Have I multiplied my income to the level I desire and eliminated all of my debt? No – not YET!!
What is it going to take for me to double my income within the next year AND pay off the remainder of my debt?
Here's what I believe it will take:

Consistent Discipline
Efficient Productivity
Diligence
Smart Use of Time
Continuing to Upgrade Skills in Caring About People
Continuing to Train ONLY with People Who Are Getting Results!
Wise Outsourcing
While pursuing your goals, I do caution you to be mindful of your heart vs. your time. If your heart loves to give like mine, you often get inspirations to give of your time to help someone. However, this can lead to over-extending yourself, which in the end can diminish the number of people you can help. Speaking from experience, when I feel this desire, I am now mindful of how I look at my schedule and how I watch my time when I am giving. Otherwise I end up depleting myself which costs me more in time required to replenish myself, thus lessening my time available to help others.
In addition to the list above I must become the CEO of my life and manage my life as a CEO! When you learn how to be the CEO in your life, you manage your time and your life like a CEO and WIN!
A CEO is interested in the best, most effective strategies for producing results. What are the best, most effective strategies for producing my desired results in my personal life as well as my business life? Honor and value yourself in this way, and in turn you will honor and value others.
It's important to remember God loves you SO much, and you are WORTHY of success in ALL areas of your life!

I had a complete hysterectomy many years ago. I do have hot flashes and get quite irritable without hormones. Can you give me advice on that? I really hate using hormones and am currently using the creme hormone.
